Lifelong running goals:
To be able to keep running my whole life, do the Canadian Death Race (next year!) and stay major-injury free.
Biography:
Born in PA, lived in NJ until I figured out a way to get out! I lived in Holland (the country) for a year, spent 4 years in CO at Colorado State University, moved to Tennessee and have been here ever since. I have 2 kids in college, and I’m married.
2012 season summary:
2nd at Cumberland Trail 50k, 5th at Mountains-to-Sea 50k. Top 10 at Big South Fork 17. Finished the Keys Ultras 100-miler!
Proudest running accomplishments:
My first 100-mile run in 2012, being able to experience running rim-to-rim-to-rim of the Grand Canyon alone, Traversing Zion National Park alone (both 50+ mile runs).

Mountain Mist 50k, Asheville Marathon @ the Biltmore, R/C Stage Race, Upchuck!!!
